However, there is a big minus that negates all your efforts. This is a banal statement by which a person justifies himself: “I don’t have enough time.” Let’s look at the reasons for the notorious “time pressure”.

External factors: periods of serious changes in the market, changes in legislation, environmental disaster, technological breakthroughs, orders from the authorities.

Internal reasons that lie in the character of a person:

Another problem that many people face is the lack of a big and clear goal. When there is no certainty, the future looks unpredictable and even frightening. Add laziness to this and you don’t want to do anything at all. Stop!

In order to save time in the future, you must first spend it by investing, for example, in your own training. You will gain new knowledge and experience, and increase your self-confidence. So go ahead and direct your energy in the right direction.

This is the process of selecting one or more goals according to our requirements. There are several methods of goal setting.

INTUITIVE
When to implement plans, a person is guided by intuition, coupled with experience and knowledge. We listen carefully to our own thoughts, ideas, and guesses.

«INVENTION»
This option is useful if we do not know how to achieve the result. An experimental process is underway. For example, you want to find a hobby that you like. Try yourself in sailing, parachuting or karting, until you realize that it is yours. Then sum up and choose the appropriate hobby.

«CALCULATION»
Ideal for those who like to put everything on the shelves. Write tasks that can be completed to achieve the goal. Enter the qualitative and quantitative criteria that affect the result in the table. For example, you want to buy an apartment. There are the following ways: take out a mortgage, save money, and win the lottery. We calculate the time to achieve, the degree of complexity, evaluate the ethics and choose the best option.

“CHOICE AND PRESCRIPTION”
This method will work when you already have several goals set by someone,and you only prescribe them to yourself.

As you can see, it is not difficult to organize your life. And always remember that neither vacations nor holidays will be a hindrance if your work is fun. We wish you inexhaustible sources of inspiration and Grand plans!
