How to create a Department that only employs women,
a worthy combat unit?

Until recently, opinion polls in European countries showed that the majority of employees want to see a man as their leader.

Men seemed to respondents more responsible and reliable, more collected and fair, more suitable for the role of a boss.

In 2017, for the first time in a survey conducted by Forbes magazine in the United States, the majority replied that they did not care who would run the Department, a man or a woman.

And yet, despite the fact that the office should be a place where gender does not matter, there are several points that a man who came to lead a women’s team should consider.

1. BECOMING YOUR OWN WILL NOT BE EASY

It is sad, but a fact: women at work often communicate with women, so in order to rally the team and get the recognition of colleagues, you will have to try. Arrange joint entertainment.

It so happened that women are most often the ones who sit with children during illnesses. If your activity does not require constant presence in the office, allow employees to take work home. This will earn their gratitude and save the production process from failures.

5. AND TALK?
It is proven that if you take a break for 10 minutes every 2 hours, your productivity will increase, so you should not worry that your ladies sometimes go out to drink tea or smoke. Of course, provided that all tasks and projects are completed on time. They may come up with new ideas that will help make the workflow even more efficient when they talk to their colleagues.

In other respects, the management of a women’s team is almost identical to that of men.
By earning the respect of your subordinates, you can effectively organize the work of any Department.
